Notes:
Taking hold, the group decided to work through OASIS to set up an XML standard that can be used everywhere, anytime. Called HumanML, its tags can be pulled into your document, and their definitions known to everybody. Computer programs can process the HumanML markup tags dispersed to show what the document is for, and why [each part of] it was written, and what authors are assuming you will know so you can interpret it the way they meant it.
